Application fees are non refundable and are $50 per adult. We do a background, credit check and rental history. Household must make at least 3x the rent. Application fees are waived for military and first responders.

If you pay online via the link below, a mandatory 3% fee will be added. You can also pay your fees via dropping off your payment at our office.
